RETURNS
You can return items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
HOW TO RETURN
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at info@arkoala.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Return: Once you have your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail it to the return address provided in our email.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect its condition and process your refund or exchange within four (4) business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
